We have a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that the deadline for refunds and/or returns may vary if otherwise specified.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping under our shipping policy, the standard shipping fee for your country will be deducted from your refund.
  • Items sent back without requesting a return will not be accepted.

Important: If items are undelivered due to refusal to pay customs or other fees, both the shipping cost and item cost will be deducted from the refund.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you find any defects, damages, or if you received the wrong item. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Note: Damages caused by shipping conditions (such as melted chocolates) will not be eligible for refunds.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a new purchase for the replacement.

Refunds
